windows 2000 server, sp3, add/remove applet wont open citrix terminal server

one of my metaframe servers, windows 2000 server sp3, i cant open the add/remove applet in control panel. i double click the icon and nothing happens

any ideas??

hi spiderfix, cheers, i didnt think of that. i ended up blowing the server away and restoring from image
