Transaction log backup job for db maintenance ERROR in SQL Server

Dear experts,
I try to run a job, but i got an instant error:
"SQLMaint.exe failed. [SQLSTATE 42000] [error 22029]. the step failed."
Any tip will be apprieciated.

    Right-click on the job, choose "View Job History..." option and check "Show step details". See at details (step_id > 0) if any information can help you.
    You can check SQL Server logs also.
