hi,

is there a simple way of limiting the size of an attachment a user can send internally within the company.
I can do this for external mail, but cant find any way internally.
in urgent need of help as use
rs keep sending silly size attachments

I think there should be a setting where u can mention size of an attachment with Outbound emails.
I am not sure where are the settings in 4.6

done it with outbond mails but that does outbound leaving the domain

Internally I think you are out of luck. May be u need to write your own Code.

This needs a design change to memo for in the mail template..

Create a hidden field called SizeCheck, in the input validation paste this formula

@If(@DocLength/1000 > 10; @Failure("Your attachment limit of 10 KB has reached, Cannot send this mail"); @Success)
