    Two things.

    1. Message Tracking (built in to Exchange).
    2. Quest Message Stats.

The combination of those two will provide you with all the statistics that you need.

    Accepted Solution

Message Tracking is a built in feature, but the reporting tools are not very good.
No known issues other than keeping too much data and running out of hard disk space.

    To enable message tracking:
ESM, Admin Groups, <your admin group>, Servers. Right click on your server and choose Properties. Message tracking is on the first tab. Use the "Message Tracking Center" under tools to search.
I usually keep 7 days worth.

Quest Message Stats is a product from Quest. It is part of the Exchange tools. Spotlight on Exchange is another product of theirs which is also very good for troubleshooting.
