How can I view mail in exchange's system account

Hi there, I'm trying to find missing email and I have noticed when checking through thte mailboxes of the domain that there is a 'system' account with quite a number of items in it. How can I view or forward these items to another mailbox?

I am also trying to connect to the server remotely, I can access email boxes but it won't let me access desktops remotely.

If remote access is enabled on your server the easiest way to remotely access your server on your intranet is http://<server>/tsweb/Default.htm

I had the same problem with the system account, I also had a case open with ms about it and they told me not to touch it because it could make the system unstable. if you are still interested i would exmerge it to a pst and view the mail that way to see whats in there.

Download for exmerge

log on as system account

to access the desktop remotely i use remote desktop client, in the system properties of the server you can turn on remote desktop and connect to the server using the rdp client or the web based client that was previously mentioned.
