Chaning local admin password

Here is the situation:

We are about to undergo very intensive Pen testing on the network
The servers, routers and switches are fine
The desktops are not as well locked down

I need to delete unused local user accounts (all with the same name) and change the current local admin password (one of three passwords) to a new 15 password.

I have 300 users on site, 2003 AD, SMS, and IBM Director running on servers to assist. Any ideas?
Who is Participating?

Change All Local Admin Passwords

Change Local Administrator Password Remotely
Download the utility 'cryptpwd' from :

Now just create a text file containing all your server names
(e.g. serverlist.txt) and then create a batch file with the following line :

FOR /F %%x in (serverlist.txt) do cryptpwd -m \\%%x -P newpassword

(where newpassword is the password you want to set as the
local administrator password on the servers.)

(You obviously need to have admin. rights to the servers in order
to change the password.)
This method changes the password immediately.
