Hello,

Can anyone help me or point me into the right direction please. I want to be able to change text on certain controls on a web page without refreshing the web page.

I believe remote scripting is what it is called. I dont want to purchase any third party components and would like to do it in .net.

Any help would be appreciated.

regards

Hi

You can do this using remote scripting or XMLHTTP.
You do not need any third party components.

 Here is remote scripting

 and

 XMLHTTP

Another technology is XML RPC.

Yeah it is good, but now what I am after.

I am more after a .net example using either c# or vb.net code for the web service and the remote part.

Thanks anyways
