Turns out to be the Microoft SMTP service started back up when I rebooted the server and was conflicting with the Meric SMTP service. Thanks for the help.

My e-mail server has been working for about a week. &nbsp;I rebooted the server and received the &quot;At least one service failed during system startup&quot; message. &nbsp;The event viewer shows the following errors.<br />

Eventid 5781<br />
Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS records failed because no DNS servers are available. <br />
<br />
Eventid 7000<br />
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the Merak Mail Server SMTP service to connect. <br />

Eventid 7000<br />
The Merak Mail Server SMTP service failed to start due to the following error: <br />
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
I can restart all of the services and they do start but then when I try to send or receive e-mails io get<br />
&quot;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for administrator@familychrist<wbr />ianacademy<wbr />.com&quot;.<br />

Like I said this was working and I did not change anything in the DNS or the mail server. &nbsp;Any suggestions? &nbsp;I need to get this fixed fast as possible!
