Easy permission change on Server 2003
Hey everyone,
I'm testing some new software from Attachmate that converts our AS/400 emulation screens into HTML. I've run into a little issue with IIS. It is running okay but it changed one of the permissions for me. Here is what happened after I installed it and what they say online to do about it:
-------------------------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ----
CHANGES
IIS Directory Security has been modified after MCS installation. The IUSR_****** account has been changed to a users that is not part of the directory service or to a user that does not exists.
-------------------------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ----
CAUSE
Due to IIS impersonation, the wrong credentials are passed on to he FUJITSU Servlet engine.
-------------------------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ----
FIX
Set the Username for Anonymous in the IIS Directory Security to the current Anonymous IIS user
-------------------------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ----
How do I set the Username for Anonymous in the IIS Directory??? That is my question.
Thanks a lot,
Chris
