"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are using Server 2003...open up Server Management.  Right click on the user's account.  Go to the Exchange Advanced Tab and the Mailbox Rights button.  Add your account here.  You should then be able to open up this users account up.  Or, If the Administrator account has rights to all users account and you have Administrator rights then you should already be able to open their mailbox.  Let me know if you need more details.
