I know with pictures if you add an alt and hover over the image it will bring up a little box telling you what is in the alt tag.  How do I do this with <a href>??  I have a rss feed that sends a bunch of links and descriptions and I want to show the description of the link when you hover over the link.  Do I have to script it or something?

You use the "Title" attribute.

i.e.

    <a href="somewhere.htm" title="Click me to go somewhere">Somewhere</a>

Hope this helps.
