remove unwanted right-click menu option

Hi,

I recently installed a file-sharing program called PPG, short for Pandora Pub Get. It's like a FTP program, which is obviously designed by a Chinese software writer. I decided to uninstall it, but I find that the uninstallation does not remove the right-click option which is "??????(PPG)???". The ??? probably denotes some chinese characters, and the menu option probably means to share the file using PPG. I tried looking through the registry but I can't find the troublesome key. Can anybody help me with it? I have attached a screenshot to illustrate my problem.

Manage the context-menu entries for files, folders, drives and Namespace objects:

Or, easily identify the entry using ShellExView

Is that such an option to revise grade?

And the reason why I decided to grade as B, is because I was already looking at those areas inside the registry for the offending key. And when I looked at your answer, I went to have a look again and somehow bumped into it. So I didn't solve the problem by looking at your solution, but it did indirectly lead me to the right way and I'm grateful for that.
