Installing Hp2610 blocked by Symantec Core LC:Firewall, Can't figure out how to find.

I've a main computer hooked to Linksys Wireless B.  My Toshiba Laptop has wireless built in and had had no problems communicating before. I recently purchased and HP2610 all in one and hooked it to my laptop with USB.  I want to be able to print wirelessy but when following instructions to reinstall come to a stoppage where its says "Issues stop install"  Symantec Core LC:Firewall....Disable before continuing.  I have done a number of searches and can't find how to disable this.  Can someone please help me.

If you want to uninstall the AV(not recommanded) then you can refer to this linkk
however the alternative is disable all those services mentioned in the document
 ( msconfig ..In the System Configuration Utility window, on the Startup tab, verify that the necessary files your version of Windows are checked.If any of the entries named here are unchecked, check them. In some cases, you will not see one of the entries listed in the System Configuration Utility window at all. In this case, simply go on to the next item.

then restart the computer..if you found any of the windows services ( Run n type services.msc) then disable those services..once your problem is solved then you can just do the opposite of this...
