How to check replicate between two DCs?

When created an account from one DC, I received an error report: event id 12293 "There are two or more objects that have the same SID attribute in the SAM datatbase. The Distinguished Name of the account is CN=B,CN=Computers,DC=at,DC=market ,DC=com,DC=uk. All duplicate  accounts have been deleted. Check the event log for additional Duplicates ", and cannot create new account.
I create new account in other DC, it done. But when came back the error DC, opened AD user and computer I did not see new account just created .
How have I to do to check replicate between 2 DCs.
Thanks for advance.

You have created one account in DC named "A" and it will replicated to another DC after some times. Replication automatically handles and resolves conflicts between replicated objects. If you want to check it you can use replmon and repladmin utilities.

Furthermore refer to this article:  -
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windowsserver2003/library/ServerHelp/22764cb5-9860-4f8f-95e7-337df24edf74.mspx

Read the above article carefully, clearly and then reply back.

Let me know.

Thanks

Thanks for your suggestion,
Now I could create new account, but the replication 's still happen. When I created a new account "A"  in one DC, I forced replicate between 2 DCs by AD site and services replication. But affter a long time, the new account hasn't appear in the other DC.
Have you any idea ?
Thanks and regards
I have 2 DC, DC A and DC B. When create new account from DC A, I can see this new account in DC B, but when create new account from DC B, I can no see this new account in DC A.
Check replication by repadmin,.. it is always successful !.
 Have you any idea?
Thanks
OK, I had reinstall AD in the fail DC. Everything is OK now
