Utility to display dll functions?

Does anyone know of a utility that will display the functions contained in a dll?

    Depends.exe that comes with Visual Studio in the tools section.

    If you don't have VisualStudio or would prefer a GUI, use the DependencyWalker from

    Wow, now that I look at that program it actually looks a lot like the current depends GUI -- but I think that's a good thing.
