ip to know hosting company
When I look for the source site of the hosting company, may i find that the domain name is taken from another site, so the DNS is different, can I find the source site from the IP address, like the site which i want to know from where they got their hosting feature, whis is www.web-gang.com and the DNS is

and their ip address is 147.202.39.232
so can i know from where they got their hosting feature from the ip ?
