>global 196.34.84.3 will be Port Address Translated

This is expected if you have anything like this in your config:
 global (outside) 1 196.34.84.3

What kind of mail server do you have? Exchange? Did you disable fixup?
  no fixup protocol smtp 25

When did the mail flow stop working? What changed before it stopped working?

I HAVE NOT MADE ANY CHANGES TO THE FIREWALL NOR MY SERVERS.  IT ALL JUST STOPPED WORKING....!

Use BREAK or ESC to interrupt flash boot.
Use SPACE to begin flash boot immediately.
Reading 1937920 bytes of image from flash.

I think you have a hardware failure and you need to contact Cisco direct...

Have your PIX serial number handy. It should still be under warranty at least...
