This is the four time I restart the print spooler's service.  Any clue why it kept on stopping?

This is sometimes caused by bad printer drivers.  Try downloading the latest drivers and reinstalling the printer.

This is a Citrix server and printers are being added by clients.

    Accepted Solution

This is the worst case scenario.  Nothing crashes a Cirix server faster than bad printer drivers.  This is exactly what is going on with your server.

Here is a list of drivers (it might still be a little dated)

For absolute compatibility, use only the OS-supplied drivers when you can - if you need drivers not supplied then choose them carefully - check with Citrix on whether they are supported before using them.

Just to add, people seem to be using this applet with good success.

I haven't tired it personally, but you might want to research it a little before you try it.
