Crystal Report XI font compatibility problem

Hi I recently upgraded crystal report from 8.5 to XI ... and I am having problem with old reports(designed in 8.5)
If I run a report that has been designed in CR 8.5 and a font is Times New Roman CR is displaying something like that "(*&^%$#@!" ... well is it is not exaclty like that ;)
It seems there is some problem with compatibility of fonts, because when I export it to PDF it seems okay. However if I try to print it from CR it is exaclty like on the screen, one big mess.
Anyone ran into this kind of problems ??

Thanks,
Pawel

Did you import the report and save it as a CR XI file?

They probably have.  CR XI is relatively new ( less than 6 months)  All the problems haven't surfaced.

Solution from CR support team :

We have issues regarding Kyocera printers. I would suggest you to contact
the kyocera vendors and check if they have a driver that is compatible
with CR. CR requires the printer drivers to be unicode compliant.

To further check this issue I would suggest you to follow the steps below:

The "DISABLE DEVICE FONTS"  in the Start | Settings | Printers |
Properties | Advance | Printing Defaults | Images | Font Settings needs to
be checked."
