Permissions for Sending Mail

I am using a program called send studio (interspire.com) that allows me to send news letters to my customers in HTML or Text, and they can update user info etc. The program also has the ability for new customers to join my news letter which is HTML code pasted into a web site.  When I fill out the form and click submit, IIS asks for a username and password.  I am able to put my username and password in and make the form send, but my New Customers will not have that option.  Any Ideas what I need to set as far as permissions go to allow the form to be sent to the server without a password needed?

If it matter, the sendstudio program uses PHP.

Thanks
Casey

You can change this setting in IIS Go to "properties" within the "Directory Security" tab,
Click "Edit button " for Enable anonymous access, make sure the "Anonymous Access" checkbox is selected.
Deselect the "windows authnetication" chjeckbox
