"Contacts" missing under "Outlook Address Book"

I use Outlook 2003. If I click "New" in Mail. And then "To" I see "Show names from the" , there I can not see "Contacts" under Outlook Address Book. I just have Outlook Address Book but under it Global Address Book. Where is my "Contacts"?
Any suggestions?

can you see your contacts in your folder view (on the left)? are your contacts stored in a pst file or on your company's exchange server?
