Suppress Page Header & Footer on Last 2 Pages of Report

I need to adjust the report so that the page header and footer do not print on the last two pages of the report.  The last two pages of the report are sections Report Footer B and C.  I had some success suppressing the page header and footer for the last page, but not much luck suppressing this information on the next to last page of the report.  Any input is appreciated.

you suppress the section using a formula like

pagenumber = pagecount-1

dunno exact words, have no CR here @home...

I am not sure I understand, can you elaborate a bit?

If the last 2 pages are always the report footers try this

In the report header add a formula
Click INSERT --> FORMULA
Name - DeclVars
Formula
global BooleanVar SuppressHeader := False;
global BooleanVar SuppressFooter := False;

In the Report Footer A add a formula
Name - SuppressHeader
Formula
global BooleanVar SuppressHeader;
SuppressHeader := True;

In the Report Footer B add a formula
Name - SuppressFooterer
Formula
global BooleanVar SuppressFooter;
SuppressFooter := True;

Click FORMAT --> FORMAT SECTION
Suppress the Page Header with a formula
Formula
global BooleanVar SuppressHeader;
SuppressHeader

Suppress the Page Footer with a formula
Formula
global BooleanVar SuppressFooter;
SuppressFooter

Of course :-)

As I read from your post, you know how to conditionally suppress a section? (format section -> [X2] button next to the suppress option)

For the sections you want to hide on last and before-last pages, enter a suppression formula like this:

(pagenumber = pagecount) or (pagenumber = pagecount -1)

Pagenumber and pagecount are special words, you should be able to find exact syntax in CR help function (I don't know for sure, and no CR at hand here)

Hope this helps!

As Outin has suggested, use the conditional suppression (Report -> Section Expert -> X2 button by suppress).  The exact formula you'll need is:

(PageNumber >= (TotalPageCount - 1))

or if you prefer

(PageNumber = TotalPageCount) or (PageNumber = TotalPageCount -1)

Thank you for the information.  I discovered placing onlastrecord into the Suppress formula section accomplished this task.  Thanks much for the time and effort.
