I'm looking to add the nofollow attribute to many of the links contained within our website, however there is a slight problem, the site has thousands of files which make-up the whole of the site. So to go through changing each link would take me about a year! What we are looking to do is add the "nofollow" attribute to links leading off our website to cut down on meta spammers and such. Is there a good way or tool available to extract, view, or find links throughout the site so that finding links to external sites throughout the site will be much easier and faster?

That seems like a pretty handy tool, have you used this tool before? Is there a way to find only links/pages which other sites link to. Basically we're going to implement the "nofollow" attribute to those links to cut back on those linking to our site to boost page ranking in search engines on theirs.
;o) can't help the competition...

thanks for your input Duz!

It will differentiate between internal and external links.

Duz,

Sorry for the late response, Xenu's Link Sleuth seemed to be pretty useful, thanks! It was like oh crap, you mean to search the whole site for external links and add an additional attribute! lol, turned out to be a small project though ;o) Thanks again.
