It is time to upgrade our site we have a simple perl board that keeps on getting hacked and spamed.  I am also going to switch servers with my hosting company so the type/language of the board can be anything.

I am looking for a simple robust messageboard that can have users and topics.  Any sugestions.  I looked at simplemachines the next gen of yabb that looks good.  I have alwas done ASP so that will be new to me.  Really a fast out of the box solution that is customizable is what I need.
