Jaziar: It sounds like that'll be your best bet.<br />
As I said, the voicemail storage and management happens centrally. &nbsp;You'll need to speak to the people who look after that to see if they can help you.<br />

My Company just switched to 7960 Cisco phones. &nbsp;It only makes sense to me that you should be able to record your messages from the phone to a wave file on the PC. &nbsp;I can not find it any where in the help documents. &nbsp;<br />
