AT Process Watch - Activex Component Can't Create Object

I have just done a repair on windows XP for a client and get the following error.

Activex Component Can't Create Object

and the top of the dialog box it says  -  AT Process Watch

I have looked for an installed program called that but not found one

can anyone help?

    if i remember correctly "AT Process Watch" is a component of something else. you won't find it listed directly on any menus. the file listed above might fix the problem. I've only seen that error when a VB program uses the M$ scripting runtime and it isn't present on the system.
