I have an MDI application.

I placed a button on the toolbar of the MDI Parent (frmPar).

Now when I push this button, this button should execute a function in a child form (frmchild).

How can I do this ??

    Accepted Solution

           For Each f As Form In Me.MdiChildren
                If f.Name = "nameofyourchildform" Then
                    DirectCast(f, nameofyourchildform).yourfunction()
                End If

    the function should be public
