Lost page banner from theme

I have lost the page banner theme from all my website pages.  The page banner is there but in plain text, not in the format of my theme.  All the other elements of the theme are OK.

Also, I can create a new page but can't add it into the navigation structure.

Any help appreciated.

Click on Tools, Site Settings, Advanced and check the box to Show hidden files and folders.

Open the folder view and you will see the _borders folder. Add the theme to that folder to make sure it is set.

If you cannot add a page to the navigation structure this is normally related to FrontPage Server Extension problems. I would first try unintstalling and reinstalling the server extensions.
