Calling one report from other in Crystal reports

I have following requirement:
I have two reports A and B.
Report A has 4 columns example department name,Location, zip , country.
Report B is the detailed report about the performance of any single department.

Now what I want to do is when user is viewing the report A and then if he clicks on any value of department column say department 20, then I want to show the report B for department 20 instead of report A.

How can i achieve this using crystal reports version XI.

Thanks in advance,

Sounds like you want to use a DRILL DOWN report.  Haven't built one but there should be a wizard to help you.
This may be useful

Thios could also be done through ON DEMAND subreports though you would click the subreport object rather than the department.
Create the main report and group on the department.
Put the 4 columns in the GROUP HEADER
Add you other report as a subreport iin the detail section.
Link it to the main report on the department no.
  Right click the subreport object
   Select FORMAT
Click the check box to make it an ON DEMAND subreport.
