autoenrollment application event error log every 8 hours

Running a winodws server 2003 standard edition domain w/ 4 domain controllers speard across 2 physical sites, 2 different subnets.  One of the DC's, also a GC, is loggin g an error in the application log  every 8 hours like clock work.  The error source says "AutoEnrollement" event ID is: 13

the error reads:

Automatic certificate enrollement for local system failed to enroll for one domain controller certificate (0x80070005). Access is denied.

any help would be great!

well...I did what the article says...   Guess I find out around 2:15pm EST today wheather or not it worked
