We have a Secretary who looks at her Manager's Shared Calendar that only she can see and when she adds a entry into his Calendar she sees the entry and then moves on in Outlook 2003 but when she goes back into it later on the entry is not there.  She closes Outlook and then reopens it and the entry is there.  We have an Exchange 2003 server and she uses Outlook 2003 and want to prevent this from happening.

    Seems, freaky...

Dous the manager sees the post constantly?
    Is yes:
repair here Outlook and reset here agenda thingies before repairing...

If No.. I would do what stands below:
-Try deleting the agenda from here shared calender
    -close outlook
-reset the permissions on the agenda on the managers side and disable the share
    -Close this outlook session
    -Open the managers outlook
-Share and re-enable the permissions for here to access the agenda (editor)
-Open the agenda in here outlook.
    -See what happens :-D

    Keep me posted,
