Does anyone have am tips or advise on getting an application/tag for coldfusion that would do the below what either of these asp products do...  I have some selects that have a lot of data and would like this type of functionality for my application.

webcontrol provides a combo-box with a real-time connection to a datasource. As you type, DbCombo autocompletes your entry and displays other matching records in the drop-down. No page postback is required. All data is provided dynamically from your data source as it is needed, so DbCombo can be used to select from lists of virtually unlimited size

Basically what is happening is a XML or Javascript background submit to your site.  So a submit is being done, just not of the page itself.  Then javascript is used to parse the results.

It is not that hard to write.
