Exchange 2003 mailbox storage

Active directory & Exchange 2003 are installed on C drive wich has on 20 GB.
I also hav two more hard drive on same server which are D drive -140 GB and E drive 140GB

What I am worry about is when mailboxes are full with mails.

Here my question.
1. Is the exchange server automatically use the other drive when that is full/

2.Do I need to move the default mailbox folder to D or E drive/

3. Then , how I move them to D or E drive?

Thanks

The link above is ok for you to move the data base and log file. However, if you are not using exchange enterprise the store will never grow over 16 GIG even if you have it on a drive of 140 gig.

The best thing for you to do is to backup the exchange so it deletes the log files.

However having exchange on your system partition is a bad idea I would suggest that you use the link above to move it

Good luck!

Point still should go to mkbean
