Just a quick one.

Is it possible to upgrade form Windows 2000 Server to XP Pro?

Ihave no did it I just don't want to purchase the license if it is not possible.

No, not possible.  Server is a server.  Pro is a workstation.  Microsoft does not permit this upgrade path.
