Finding Memory Leaks ???

What is a good piece of software that can help me find memory leaks on my system ?

I have searched and searched and there are so many pieces of software out there that claim they can free up memory or "defrag" you memory... but I am looking for something that can tell me where my memory is going and why I have to restart my computer every 15mins.

Thanks in advance,
