I'm trying to build a little app in that would ftp the contents of a folder on my hard drive up to a specific folder on my web server/web site.

Is that possible? what would be a way I could accomplish that.

Also do you know of a good FTP control I could use that is 'free' or close to it?

Take a look at the link I've posted in your other question 8)

I've also got an updated version of the example in that link that I'm working on that I'll post to that link once it's finished.
