I'm trying to build a little app in vb.net that would ftp the contents of a folder on my hard drive up to a specific folder on my web server/web site.<br />

Is that possible? what would be a way I could accomplish that. <br />

Also do you know of a good FTP control I could use that is 'free' or close to it?<br />

FTP to a specific folder on the server?

Visual Basic .NET (VB.NET) is an object-oriented programming language implemented on the .NET framework, but also supported on other platforms such as Mono and Silverlight. Microsoft launched VB.NET as the successor to the Visual Basic language. Though it is similar in syntax to  Visual Basic pre-2002, it is not the same technology,
