What is the best path to start writing programs to run on Windows CE when accustomed to Delphi version 7<br />

presently I have a delphi frontend client application for desktops and laptops that accesses an MS Access mdb (don't ask why it is a mdb)<br />
The client application is used to create a set of records that require results entered for each record<br />
The client application can currently enter the results<br />
but I want to move the results recording on to PDA's and Smart Phones<br />
