UCase(YourFieldName)

You would have to use the _Change event for each control.

I would let them type how ever and fix it with the AfterUpdate of the controls to make things easier.

Private Sub myText_AfterUpdate()
    Me.myText.Value = UCase(Me.myText.Value)
End Sub

Tell the user to turn on their caps lock.  :)

You have the option of using code to programmatically set the caps lock for them, but I generally do not suggest going this route.  There are weird issues with manipulating the status of keyboard toggle keys.

If you put the
>  in the input mask for the control it will make it all upper case no matter what the caps lock setting is.
