Easy Question:  Need app to track system changes before/after program installation

Hi fellow experts!

I'm just too busy to google up the solution myself so I figured I'd throw someone 2000 points...I know there are apps out there that will basically create reports telling you exactly what's changed on a system before and after program installations (reg keys, files added, dll's registered, etc).  I'm looking for recomendations for such applications, preferably open source or freeware.  Thanks! (win2kPro, AD or not, doesn't matter)
