Does Retrospect Disaster Recovery Work?

Does anyone have a real-world experience with Retrospect Disaster Recovery?  My understanding is that the difference between Restrospect V7.0 Backup and Retrospect Express, in addition to price difference, is that Retrospect V7.0 Backup Professional includes Disaster Recovery - essentially a ghosted image of your system is made.  Does this "work"?

Thanks if you have tried it...

I have worked with Retrospect Server edition before.  I setup a network-wide backup system using Retrospect and Maxtor USB external drive in an organization that used to work for.  The Maxtor drive comes with Retrospect Express, but I didn't play around with it much.  The key difference between the Pro version and the server version is that Pro is limited to a single user/machine.  Otrherwise the features should be same or nearly so.  With that being said, I fully tested backup and recovery procedures without any difficulties.  So I would say that yes, it works :-)
