I install MS Office 2003 with all the latest updates for a user. &nbsp;For some reasons, his favorite folders shows &quot;Public folder Unread Mail&quot;, &quot;Public folder Send Items&quot;, etc. &nbsp;When you click on it, it gives you error says cannot access it. &nbsp;When I want to right click to &quot;remove from the favorite folder&quot;, this option is not available. &nbsp;Does anyone knows how to remove these &quot;Public folder&quot; short cuts?? &nbsp;500 big ones. &nbsp;Thank you.

Hi,

I install MS Office 2003 with all the latest updates for a user.  For some reasons, his favorite folders shows "Public folder Unread Mail", "Public folder Send Items", etc.  When you click on it, it gives you error says cannot access it.  When I want to right click to "remove from the favorite folder", this option is not available.  Does anyone knows how to remove these "Public folder" short cuts??  500 big ones.  Thank you.
