Is the DataStore on the server that is having problems communicating with the Datastore?

I will also make the assumption that you have not backed up the DataStore before?

darrengp is right, go to citrix site and search for dsmaint. It may not be the store itself that's the problem but the links to it, go to control panel and look what odbc's are installed. From memory the store is normally access or sql. There are two files, the store and the cache. Info gets put into the cache then after a short time will update the master. A bit like an exchange server does with it's changes. Can other servers access it and is the store local to this server?
