Address book problem

In outlook 2003 when I go to type an email address a drop down box appears with suggestions as to what the email address (these are usually saved from past emails) How can I clear this box ? I presumed that this box was looking up the address's in my contacts but their are several address's which are not in my contacts that are being suggested.

I need to clear these as users are selecting the wrong address's and mail ends up staying in the outbox

Help !

the data is stored here:
C:\Doucment and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\<profilename>.nk2

You can close Outlook, rename that file, then start outlook to clear the histroy.

This tells you how to delete individual entries, or the whole list.

you can just highlight the entry with your cursor keys and hit the delete key if you wanted to remove one easily (or them all without delving into the profiles etc)
