Calendar not showing meetings

Hi

I have a client who is the Chair of a meeting, she sends the meeting and it does not show on her calendar. ALl invitees have it . The really weird part is she does get the reminders on her blackberry.

Any Ideas

Didn't we go through thisonce before?

See if it shows up in the Meetings view. If it shows there, it i SUPPOSED to show in Calendar.

See if you can make a copy of the calendar view, but change the type so it is a regular view instead of a calendar vew... does the meeting show up in that version?  if so, then it DOES show in Calendar.

Last but not least... if the calendar view is corrupt... Sfuft-F9 to revuild the index, or replace design to rebuild the format, or possibly even both (replace design followed by rebuild).

Well

I have done all those things prior to posting, It is not in the meetings view,it is not in all docs. I looked thru all the tech notes available at IBM and found nothing. The closest document mentioned the meetings view, however as I said it is not there.
I also looked on the cluster failover db and it was not there. As for the blackberry maybe it saved on there
I think it is getting moved to the Blackberry with the sync tool.  Which tool is she using?

Try this test - have her set up a test meeting, and make sure that the meeting is on her calendar before syncing the Blackberry.  Then sync her Blackberry.  I'll bet the meeting disappears.
Hmmm, could it have been moved to the Blackberry then later archived?  It might then still be on the Blackberry, even though it is gone form teh mail file.

OTOH if this is an ongoing problem, and reproducible... here's what I would do.  Create your own view.  Just have it show create date, modified date, and form.  Note current last entry in that view, then have user create a meeting.  Look at this view again, see if there is anything new in it.  If it isn;t there, then the document was really never ever placed in her mailfile. If it is there, we just have to find out why it shows in this view but not in the standard views.
I am thinking two things here.
1. The user deleted the meeting perhaps from All dox
2. There is some sort of sync problem with the BlackBerry
2.5 A combo of both the above
2 is unlikley, BES would not delete docs without the user deleting same on the BB handheld.
