Wins Server Error 7000

Installed new SBS 2003.
Installed all services (DNS, WINS, ADS, etc.)
When I opened the WINS console, there was no server installed.
So, I added a server by name (SERVER01)
The server shows up in the list but says:
"Can not find the WINS Server.  The WINS server you specified cannot be located. etc. etc."

I checked the event log, and it had an error that stated:
"Source: Service Control Manager"
"Event ID:7000"
"The Windows Internet Name Service (WINS) service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified. "

How do I fix this to get WINS up and running???

Why do you want WINS?  The only reason you would need WINS is if you are running old windows NT workstations or servers cut off from the domain.  WINS serves as a netbios name resolver and can often create headaches.  If you are running DNS without legacy machines, you definitly do not need WINS and should disable it completely.
Sorry to say WINS is still needed by many programs and by the OS itself for some functions. What I would do is to uninstall and reinstall WINS to see if that solves the problem since the error indicate that a file needed is either missing or corrupted

I've been doing this to long.
I looked all over the internet and couldn't find anything.
Guess I'll have to go reevaluate how I am doing my searches.

It's always something simple.

Thank you for your help jowdoe58!!
