java console

hi...i'm launching my applet from command prompt using the javaws commend..for some reason i cant get the console up to see any debugging outrput even though i've set in the prperties to show console..any reasion why?

You can also get console output logged to a file, I find that really useful for finding problems.

start jws (without a jnlp) and goto File>Preferences.
The option is under the advanced tab
