SQL Server Enterprise Manager 2003 [MS Design Tools] - ODBC error:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] Communication link failure

Hi !!

Thanks in advance (as i know i will get my solution here) :o)

I have SQL Server Enterprise Manager 2003.

Scenario:
2 sql servers.
1st (primary) - At ISP
2nd - in office - development server
Both the servers have sam eservice packs & same odbc versions.


I am getting the following error right now.

" [MS Design Tools] - ODBC error:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] Communication link failure "

Can someone help please?

Do you need any other information?

Please revert back immediately.

Ping the main server from destination where u r getting that error
