How to Add A Text Form Field in A Text Box?

Anyone could tell me how to add a text form field in a text box? Once I located by pointer in a text box, the form toolbar will be auto disabled. If that any possible to add the form field inside the text box?

Thanks in advance.

I guess you are trying to put a text Form Field (sometimes called a text box) inside a 'floating' Text box, as added from the Insert menu.

The only way to do it is by selecting the target text including the form field, and then do Insert/Text box. The newly created Text box will contain the Form Field. But I think that's an oversight my Microsoft. When the document is locked, you can't enter the cursor into a 'floating' Text box, so it won't be useful.
In fact, if you try to paste text that includes form fields into a Text box,you get a specific message:
You cannot paste form fields into comments, headers, footers, footnotes, endnotes, or text boxes.

Hi,
You can't add Form's controls to text box but you can drag the text box on the text form field and order the text box to be behind the text box with it's fill color etc.
Consider that anyway when the document locks you can't drag or write in the text box.
