4 websites for different keywords

Duz originally told me that in Adwords I could build a site per keyword or group of keywords. I'm building 4 or 5 sites for different keyword groups:  Affordable Web Design, Small business Flash Web design, local web design, and I'm going to build: small business web design and e-commerce web design.

What I'm wondering is if I should use exactly the same layout as my Affordable web Design site in my Small Business Web Design Site.

Should I keep pictures and everything and drop in new text? Or do you suggest dropping in new pictures. I could have a separate domain name for each site, and I use only specific keywords (those with [] around them).

I am very interested in your input,

When you say site do you mean 'landing page'?  Yes the pictures and some of the layout can be the same if you want them to be. The text will be entirely different though.  Users who clicked for "Affordable Web Design" will want to see everything about your Affordable Web Design service and users who click on Local Web Design similarly etc. etc.
