You need to set up a connection to an NTP server.

Ensure the computer has a connection to the internet.
Make sure you have the following entries set up in the registry under HKLM\System\CurrentControlset\Services\W32Time\Parameters:
    ntpserver REG_SZ <name of ntp server - see below>
    LocalNTP REG_DWORD 0
    type REG_SZ NTP
    Period REG_DWORD 24

This will synchronise every hour. If you want less frequency then change the period to whatever you wish.
For the ntp server, your ISP may have one or you can use the list -

Alternatively, google up NTPTime and set that up. It's nice and simple.
